| USE OF METRONOR SYSTEM FOR STUDY
OF LIFE EXTENSION PROJECT OF MIG-29 |
Single camera based system
and related hardware and software from Metronor, Norway and Metrologic,
France was used to digitize complete MIG-29 at 11 BRD Nasik. In less than 15 days complete aircraft
was scanned and cross sections were created for further analysis. The project was awarded by Indian Air
force, New-Delhi to Geo-Informatics Consultants Pvt Ltd and NAL Bangalore. |
